Term 2 Tuesday's 6pm-9pm - Commences April

Our Beginner woodworking class provides a longer term opportunity to learn essential techniques in a supportive environment. Over an 8 week block of 3 hour classes, you will learn the basics of what is required to safely work with woodworking tools, equipment and timber as a medium.

You will learn to become familiar with tools we use in woodworking with a focus on processes involved in creating with timber. The goal of this class is to prepare you to tackle a project of your own with more confidence. Throughout the course we will work to complete a basic tool box, a great project to exercise your new found skills on regardless if you have no tool collection just yet!

Please note this class does not cover machining of timber, so if you're looking to utilise reclaimed or rough sawn timber in your projects we suggest booking into our timber milling workshop or follow up with our intermediate term class.

No previous experience is required to attend this workshop, it is suitable for both beginners and those looking to enhance or improve their skills. If you are unsure if this workshop is for you, please feel free to contact us.

Please note that this class is exclusively open to individuals aged 18 and above, ensuring a safe, focused and enriching environment for all participants.
